Islam Across the Globe: from Southeast Asia to the Middle East and the American Midwest
Resources and lesson plans on the broad history of Islam, Islam in Southeast Asia, and Islam and Islamophobia in the United States.
This packet of educational resources was developed to complement the 2019 workshop, Islam Across the Globe: from Southeast Asia, to the Middle East and the American Midwest. The resources in this packet contain three primary components: ideas for designing inquiry-based lessons, an inquiry lesson on the broad history of Islam, a lesson on Islam in Southeast Asia, and a lesson on Islam and Islamophobia in the United States.
