Consumer Evaluation Tool for Educational Apps
Guided by an advisory board, this project aims to develop a tool for evaluating education apps based on reliable research.

There are nearly 400,000 educational apps available on Google and Apple's app stores, but their effectiveness in supporting learning and development is often unverified. As a result, it's challenging for parents, caregivers, and educators to choose the right apps for young learners. While some resources offer guidance, they lack comprehensive evaluations based on what experts know about learning. Our team is developing a robust evaluation tool specifically for caregivers and educators of children aged 5-8, leveraging research to make informed app choices easier.
