This mini-unit is designed for middle school geography or social studies classes, or related electives, and develops students’ understandings of the concepts of human migration and climate change. World regions of focus include South Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East and North Africa, with additional connections to other parts of the world.
