The University of Michigan Marsal Family School of Education (SOE) will continue its work in developing a multi-component response to the needs of the Bosch Community Fund in regard to initiatives that support teacher access to the resources necessary to implement evidence-informed, high-quality STEM teaching practices and improve K-12 STEM education. This project will continue to be undertaken by the Center for Education Design, Evaluation, and Research (CEDER) with the support of SOE faculty and graduate student research assistants. The Bosch Energy, Environment, Engineering, Science, and Technology (BE3ST) Teacher Grant Program supports teachers in promoting STEM learning in ways that foster excitement among students for these fields by providing access to the resources necessary to implement evidence-informed, high-quality STEM teaching practices. The overarching goal of this partnership continues to be to increase the impact of the BE3ST Teacher Grant Program by building capacity, building community, and building knowledge.
