Ongoing and embedded research and evaluation efforts are an important feature of The Marygrove Learning Community and the Michigan Education Teaching School at the Marsal Family School of Education. As a top research institution, the Marsal School studies the work conducted on the campus for purposes of continual improvement and to hold ourselves—as partners—accountable to all stakeholders. We research our own innovations to develop a scalable concept of collaborative, project- and place-based, public education that also serves to develop preservice, early career, and inservice teachers.
