This grant supports efforts to provide racially and ethnically minoritized doctoral students in the field of measurement with professional supports (e.g., mentoring circles, professional development, internships) to improve their graduate experience and outcomes.
This grant also engages professors and students of color in the field to identify additional effective recruitment, admission, and student support practices that are associated with the successful graduation of these populations. The ultimate goal is to increase the recruitment and retention of racially and ethnically minoritized professionals in the field of measurement.
