Trisha Fountain serves as the Director of Recruitment and Admissions. In this role, she partners closely with faculty, staff, and campus collaborators to design and implement data-informed recruitment initiatives that reflect the school’s mission and values. She also leads a fantastic team of recruitment, admission, and financial aid professionals who are dedicated to inspiring and encouraging the next generation of educators! Trisha is committed to ensuring that every prospective student has a supportive, transparent, and engaging admissions experience.
With nearly two decades of leadership in higher education, Trisha brings expertise in enrollment management, student success, and organizational leadership. Before joining the Marsal School, she directed recruitment and admissions for the School of Information at Michigan and previously served as Managing Director of Executive Education at the Ross School of Business, where she led global leadership development programs for corporate, nonprofit, and government executives. Her professional journey reflects a dedication to building inclusive, student-centered environments that prioritize learning and growth.
Trisha is currently completing a Ph.D. in Higher Education, focusing on leadership and leader development in educational organizations. She also holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance. Her blend of strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and deep commitment to education guides her work in advancing the Marsal School’s mission.
