As Facilities Manager of the School of Education Building, Mike is responsible for all facilities management of the building, including services such as the distribution of key requisitions for faculty, staff, and students; managing building access via c-cure; processing and submitting telephone requests; coordinating and implementing office relocation; and managing space distribution within the building.
Mike's other responsibilities include working with building custodial services and grounds staff to maintain the interior and exterior of the building; working closely with maintenance and skilled trades shops on general building maintenance issues and concerns; upkeeping furnishing and fixtures in the building; and working with AEC, Construction Services, and outside contractors on both small and large building renovation projects.
