Combined Program in Education and Psychology (CPEP) doctoral students Ha Bui and Nia Holland, along with Professor Matthew Diemer, were interviewed for the Journal of Career Assessment podcast. The podcast episode accompanies their invited article, "Leveraging a Critical Quantitative Perspective and the MIMIC Approach to Produce More Equitable Measures in Vocational Psychology," which will appear in the August 2026 issue of the journal.

The Journal of Career Assessment provides methodologically sound, empirically based studies focusing on the process and techniques by which counselors gain understanding of the individual faced with making informed career decisions. The journal covers the various techniques, tests, inventories, rating scales, interview schedules, surveys, and direct observational methods used in scientifically based practice to provide an improved understanding of career decision-making.
