Summer Fika

Fika is a concept that holds a deep cultural significance in Sweden. It’s a moment to pause, connect and recharge – often more about the company and conversation than the coffee itself.

We invite you to pause your work day and connect with your fellow Marsal community members in our beautiful courtyard. Students, faculty, and staff are all encouraged to join. We are asking that devices be left in your office or pocket in order to foster genuine connection. Prompt cards will be available to help spark conversation around ways that we can rest, recharge, and soak in the final weeks of summer. 

We will provide iced coffee and tea, and an assortment of popsicles.

This will be an open house-style event, so please feel free to come and go as it works best for you.
