Staff Professional Development: Mental Health Workshop

Please join us for an SOE workshop on Mental Health led by Faculty and Staff Counseling and Consultation Office (FASCCO) Director Tom Waldecker. In any year it is a benefit to be aware of mental health challenges and tools to utilize to assist with staying in a healthy headspace. This year, in particular, we want to make sure SOE staff are aware of resources and tools.

This session will present an overview of Anxiety Disorders and a summary of major mental/emotional health conditions along with commonly used intervention strategies. A review of resources will be provided.
