November 1st Flu Shot Clinic at SOE

Michigan Medicine Patient Care Immunization Program will hold an on-site flu shot clinic on Monday, November 1, 2021, from 9am-12pm in the School of Education-Whitney Auditorium, Room 1315.
In an effort to reduce crowding we'll ask the community to sign up through this link for a specific time. The time will be closed once filled.
Why should you attend this on-site flu shot clinic?
- It's conveniently located so you don't have to go out of your way to get your flu shot.
- According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the best way to prevent influenza is to receive a seasonal flu shot.
- This year is especially important to be immunized against the flu to help reduce the overall impact of respiratory illness on the population and thus lessen the burden on our healthcare systems during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Those who are not covered by an insurance that Michigan Medicine accepts may pay for the flu shot by Check made payable to the University of Michigan or Credit Card. The price of the flu shot is $30.
Make your check-in process go quickly at the flu clinic!! Not a U of M patient? Or recently moved or have an insurance changed? Pre-register by calling UM Registration Department at 866-452-9896 to set up an account or update your demographics and insurance. This will make your check-in process go quickly at the flu shot clinic and help reduce wait time.
Please note: The flu vaccination is administered in the upper arm. Please wear clothing that provides access to your upper arm. Everyone must wear a mask, please bring your own pen to fill out forms, and most importantly, do NOT attend if you are feeling ill. Hand sanitizer will be provided for you to use prior to seeing the nurse.
