Engaging with the Seven Grandfathers Teachings: A Land Acknowledgement Workshop

What could it look like to embody a land acknowledgement?

Initiated by my own learning about Anishinaabek traditions and wonderings about how to engage with land acknowledgements beyond statements, I considered a new way to practice honoring Anishinaabek values and ways of knowing.

Participants in the staff summer reading group will support attendees in crafting engagement invitations for the Marsal School community that are grounded in the Anishinaabek tradition of the Seven Grandfathers Teachings.
