The Marsal School dije Office, Office of Student Affairs, and CAPS are excited to host Destress Fest!
This festival of self-care and community will take place in Prechter Lab (2202) and room 2225 on Thursday, December 5th from 1:00-5:00 pm.
Please RSVP by December 1st!
Attendees can engage in the following activities:
- Arts and crafts
- Massages
- Yoga
- Journaling
- Meeting with a Therapaws Support Dog
- Food & beverages
Note that this event will occur in two locations simultaneously; Prechter Lab (Room 2202) and Room 2225. Check in at Prechter Lab and we can direct you to the location(s) of the activities you want to engage in.
