As Student Services Coordinator, Trisha is a welcoming face to the Office of Student Affairs. Trisha manages the front desk, and provides varied administrative support to all constituents of the Marsal Family School of Education that call or visit the office. She provides additional assistance to student groups, the Career Services team, and School Registrar. Trisha assists with the planning and execution of events hosted by the Office of Student Affairs.
Trisha completed her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education degree at Central Michigan University, and later completed graduate studies. After a successful career as an Early Childhood Educator, she changed careers to an administrative and student services focus.
Trisha has a passion for student-centered and relationship building service. She cares deeply about the growth and development of all in a diverse, inclusive, and supportive educational community. She is thrilled to be a part of the Marsal Family School of Education!
Trisha grew up by a lake in beautiful northern lower Michigan. She resides in Ypsilanti with her wonderful partner Sandy and their adorable cats. Trisha has two adult children named Spencer and Sylvia who are her pride and joy. Trisha sings soprano with Out Loud Chorus, and serves on their board of directors, and music selection and production committees. She also enjoys spending time in nature, observing wildlife, hiking, cooking, reading, and creating gouache paintings.
