Kaitlyn’s primary focus is to lead in the implementation and management of the Salesforce customer relationship management database and Marketing Cloud. Her goal is to create processes that will maximize efficiency in the School of Educations workflow, reporting, and public facing tools.
Kaitlyn has always enjoyed learning new technology and solving problems and this position provides these opportunities as she works to customize Salesforce for our internal processes, onboard team members, and maintain the database with updates and new functionality.
Prior to her position at the University, Kaitlyn worked at the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation (DEGC) as the Senior GIS Analyst and Salesforce admin. While at the DEGC she was trained to be a Salesforce admin but before that she was in the field of Geographic Information Systems in the Environmental Consulting and then Marketing sectors.
Outside of work she loves cooking, sourdough baking, gardening, and spending time with her animals, partner, and friends.
