Jeanne Hodesh is the Writer and Content Creator in the Marsal Family School of Education's Office of Communications. She contributes features on faculty, alumni, students, and new initiatives to the school's magazine, Michigan Education. She also writes news and spotlight pieces for the Marsal School’s website and various newsletters.
A lifelong storyteller, Jeanne believes strongly in the power of narrative, and the role it plays in connecting us to one another. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of sharing impactful stories on behalf of organizations from the farmers market to the library. She admires the research of Marsal School's talented faculty and is inspired by students' passion to pursue their own careers in education.
Jeanne holds an MFA from Hunter College at the City University of New York. She has published articles, interviews, and personal essays in addition to convening creative writing workshops. When she needs a break from the keyboard, she loves exploring Ann Arbor's many parks and walking trails.
