Jamie is the Development and Communications Assistant for the Marsal Family School of Education. Her primary responsibilities with the development team include managing the donor and alumni database, preparing donor acknowledgements, assisting with prospect research, and providing administrative support for development and alumni relations activities. She also works with the communications team to assist with graphic design, website updates, project management, and other activities which help communicate the Marsal School's mission and vision.
Jamie is a University of Michigan alumna, and received her MS from Eastern Michigan University. She avidly believes in the power of education and has spent her career seeking ways to break down barriers and provide greater access for opportunities that facilitate learning and growth.
Prior to joining the Marsal School, she worked for the national nonprofit HistoriCorps, expanding and managing all of the organization’s development and communication efforts. She later served as an Administrative Assistant for the University of Michigan School of Nursing.
