Erica Crawford serves as an engagement and development specialist for the Center for Education Design, Evaluation, and Research (CEDER).
Her primary responsibilities include user support for the Teaching and Learning Exploratory (TLE) as well as content development for the website. She also provides technical assistance for the TLE, including design and organization of video collections along with customized features for user groups. Prior to joining the CEDER staff, Erica was a research specialist for 3 years at the University of Michigan Institute for Social Research, where she earned an MS in Survey Methodology in 2008. Her research experience has primarily focused on classroom observation and videos as well as analysis of survey data. She was also a classroom teacher for 9 years, working in Oakland County as a middle school mathematics instructor.
