Spring Celebration of 2020 Graduates

Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education

Congrats, CSHPE Grads

Congratulations, CSHPE graduates! You have written your papers, completed your internships, conducted your research, and taught your students. You have learned a great deal about how higher education works, how to help promote and ensure student success, how to address inequality in our higher education system, and how to research and implement these ideas in a complex higher education environment. You are ready to take these ideas and make an impact on the world.

You are needed now more than ever. All parts of higher education — community colleges to research universities — are going to face challenges that are truly unprecedented. We need leaders who are educated, thoughtful, and equity-minded. You are those leaders. It’s time to advocate for your students, advocate for your research, and advocate for the crucial role of higher education in our country and the world.

You are going to do amazing things in higher education. We can’t wait to see what you do, and we’ll follow your accomplishments and achievements all along the way.

Go Blue, and Go You!
