The Online Master of Arts in Leading Education Innovation and Transformation prepares graduates to explore, cultivate, and implement innovative ideas and strategies designed to fundamentally shift the current educational landscape.

The program allows teachers, education professionals, and aspiring leaders to grow and enhance their work in their schools and districts, or on a broader stage. The Online MA provides skills that focus on reform, justice, and equity for all learners and teachers. All courses are specially designed to be taken exclusively online and asynchronously, providing access and flexibility for working professionals.

Dr. Maria Coolican, faculty lead for the program, says "It's so impressive to see the diverse backgrounds and professional aspirations of this inaugural cohort. One of the goals of this program is to help our students become leaders who are able to advocate for equity for all learners, and I have no doubt that this cohort will do exactly that.  I am incredibly excited to teach the first class for this remarkable group of students."
