Understanding & Managing Reactions: The SCARF Model
Remote
If you missed the first Staff Development offering this year, Understanding and Managing Reactions: The SCARF Model, you have a second chance to attend this useful training. If you would like to attend, please reach out to David directly at [email protected] and he will provide information on how to attend.
As human beings, we react in inconvenient but predictable ways to anything we perceive as a social or situational threat: rude people, working from home with no desk, colleagues who don't understand our challenges, navigating workplace uncertainty, etc. Understanding where our reactions come from, and what to do when we have them can help us interact with others, and with our environment, more effectively.
