Time is a precious scarce resource and many of us live in a world of busyness. However busy doesn't necessarily mean we are focused or as efficient as we could be. How do information overload and task-switching impact our brains with the time it takes to get something done, and the quality of our work? This session will unpack these questions and offer tools that help to manage our time, and ourselves, better.

1pm-2:30pm Presentation
At the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Examine how they get the job done using tools like email, IM, texting, etc
- Explain the differences between multitasking and task-switching
- Explore working smarter productivity TIPS
- Review the WASTE method when deciding when to create or reply to an email
- Encourage thinking about how to create a culture of digital wellness
