Emily provides a high-level of administrative support to the Marsal Family School of Education Dean’s office, supporting the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education and Educator Preparation as well as the Associate Dean for Research. Emily’s responsibilities vary greatly, depending on the needs of the Dean’s office, including serving as a liaison with the Rackham Graduate School and other units on campus.
Emily’s background is in education administration, managing large-scale projects, international event planning & educational distribution, and building complex corporate programs. In her previous role, Emily worked alongside students, scientists, and healthcare professionals to share extensive research on the effects of pain in the human experience. Emily’s love for education has always been a priority, and the Marsal Family School of Education allows her to stay close to her passions while supporting those who maintain the grander vision of educating the next generation of educators.
Outside of work she enjoys reading, writing, and being involved in all aspects of music.
